Trending @Accenture; I joined Accenture on 24th December 2024 and got allocated to a project within a week. Am I considered for the December appraisal?
If you joined on 24th Dec, then you have not completed 1 year with Accenture by 30th Nov. Hence technically you are not eligible for a hike, but you never know
