Trending @Accenture; I joined Accenture oct 24 on L-10 should I expect promotion or hike this May cycle??

Dont expect anything

For promotion from level 10 to level 9...i see many people wait for even 3 years. Also we have no hopes of hikes in june so dont know about hike but promotion will not be there surely for you
