Trending @Accenture; I Joined Accenture at L10 in Nov 2023 which is 18 months , but when I check MAL it shows 47 months . what does that Mean ?

Guys could you please guide me how to check MAL ?

Consider it like , this - with L10 they gives you some experience already when you joined , which is 29 months or so. So now you have overall 47 months experience at same level. Helps you to distinguish between another L10 employee having lesser experience. If you can get promoted on the basis of MAL , not really but you can argue for that.

Oh girl, you have not updated the correct experience in Accenture profile because of which your previous experience is considered at same position. So your overall ML is 47, so maybe chances are that they may consider you for promotion.
