Accenture or not, cloud domain or not, fear is for the weak. You've spent 3 years, not 3 lifetimes. Market conditions? Bahut hua rona-dhona. (Enough of crying) Are you a cloud expert or a market analyst? Stop overthinking and start acting. What's your next skill upgrade plan?

Was in same situation as you. Finally got an offer few days back. Not a big increase but still took as the other organisation has 60 NP
