Sad its 3 months even during probation and I feel stuck in a toxic team with people bootlicking spared the mental harrasment

Check your offer letter, for me during probation, if capgemini terminates - notice is 1 month but if i resign its 2 months. So check yours

No .. 3 months notice period for everyone
