Trending @Accenture; I join accenture on 19 sep 2022 and i had given the techleap exam in October 2023 and got the results in jan 2024 do i get the promotion in june cycle

I have asked my manager in feb that i have cleared my techleap exam will i get promo in march cycle or she said she is not aware about that and then i asked lead she told me that promotion will happen in September cycle why is that isn’t it to bad that she said like
