I interviewed at Glance

I had my last hiring manager round 2 days ago at Glance. It went really well and the lady who interviewed me was friendly and was telling me about the team I'm going to join if I join. But it's been two days but I didn't hear anything back from HR. I tried to follow up but no reply.

What do you guys think, should I have any hope or let it go.
