I hope this year is silent working with out hike right ???

I am expecting the hike this year to be muted between 5-10% 😕🤫 Last year was worse than this though 🙃🥲

Can we expect 2025 hike better than 2024. My question is, in general, for all IT sectors Also, if anyone can drop, how about a big 4 Companies hike could be in 2025.

I heard form my senior that the new joiner gets around 70- 80 percent hike but this year they provide hike between 10-15. Why is that? They are saying that the company is doing great.
