Even if India has an LLM, I think most of it would be controlled by the govt. The bans, and the restrictions, It'll be more of a govts pet LLM

Highly unlikey, will a LLM be developed in India. We have structural issues that need to be cleared first.
Over the years, I have learnt to ignore anything said by a babu or a politician. They are nothing but gas. Unfortunately this applies to even so-called business leaders. Anyone remember the challenge put up by techM ceo ?
