I hold an offer from DeloitteUS and Societe general for financ,can someone advise which to choose as Deloitte is paying me more than Soc gen

I have 3 years of experience in the finance domain towards Regulatory Reporting. Where Soc Gen JD lies to my current experience but Deloitte taking me into core business operations.
