Trending @Accenture; I heard...There is a meeting regarding mycompetency.

I heard...They have conducted a meeting and said like freshers need to have minimum P2 skill in mycompetency as per new Accenture policy. Will they terminate if they don't get P2 after 4 attempts,also they said that they mentioned that it needs to be done before April.Will they terminate if P1 is present after 4 attempts?This mycompetency (P2)is even applicable to the people who are in the project. Does anyone have any idea about this?
