Alright team, time to separate facts from fiction on the June Performance & Rewards update! 👇
🕖 As of 7 AM today, the outcomes have been rolled out to People Leads – not to you, not to your teammate, not to your chai buddy. So if someone says “I already got mine”… yeah, nope. 😅
👂 Over the past 2–3 weeks, there’s been a full-on rumor festival: – “I got promoted!” – “My base pay hiked again!” – “I already received my outcome!” Well… none of that was true. It’s official now – only People Leads have it, and they’ll connect with you after completing their mandatory training sessions
Now for the real deal:
🔹 Levels 9, 10, 11 & below – 👉 Got a base pay increase in December? Then no hike this time. 👉 Variable pay = same percentage as December (9% stays 9%, 15% stays 15%, etc.) 👉 90–95% of us are in this bucket. A lucky 5% may see small changes..
🔹 Levels 8 and above – no updates yet. Sit tight, and I’ll share if anything changes.
So yes – we’ve finally moved from guessing to knowing. Let’s not believe every message that starts with “Heard from someone in HR…” 😂

Anyone under you got promoted ? How’s the hike looks like for them ?
I had recommended one L9 → L8 and one L10 → L9 with all the supporting evidence – skills, experience, and performance to back it. 📝
We’ve got clear buckets: • P – Promotion • TP – Talent Priority (next in line) • CGTL – Continue to Grow in the same level • PIP – Performance Improvement Plan
Unfortunately, both got slotted under CGTL – no promotion, no base pay hike, and no variable pay increase either. 😓
Honestly, even if promotion wasn’t possible, a TP tag with a decent hike would’ve been fair. But here we are – reality’s got jokes too.
What is their MAL?
This is not completely true. Some of my reportees who got hike in Dec cycle have received hike now as well. Base pay is exactly the same. Those who got promoted in Sep 24…they didn’t got any hike now Those who got promoted in June 24..they got single digit hike.

Your first point is wrong, straightaway saying if got a base pay increase in December then no hike, NOPE, I have level 10 reportees and they received hike in Dec and they are getting some hike now too.
@Joybubble - I was told by my TL that She has pushed my Name to Highest level possible from her end and also she has asked all the documents that supports her push like (P2 solved , Certifications done , Mycompetency , Deliveries made , Client feedback, extra valuable work made to team).
So here comes the question, my manager has told to TL's under him that there is a vacancy of 1 slot to promote from CL-11 to CL-10, so both TL's have fought for person under them and my TL also did the same. When manager has considered both and taken it to higher level like sr manager level, there other managers has visibility on me due to my communication with them and i was working in this same project since 3 years.
Then, as i provided all documents to them. And she also gave hope to me saying that because is i knew she is too much concerned about us ( me & my mate) like anyone and she can go to anyone and fight for us.
She has gave me the best hope like its almost confirmed but don't hope until its official so that we are not hurt of this so called office politics.
Recently, there was this trick to do so, like open workday -> actions -> my organisation-> change effective date to June'1 -> under positions if your profile changes then u r promoted else u r not.
I did try that trick and yes my profile changed.
And i have received highest hike of my team in December (10.48%) and VP (16%).
So, now what do you say ? Do you think i am actually promoted and i am super curious to know my hike % !
Will my People Lead ( TL) already know it now ? As u claim it released!
I got like 5% vp as I joined in Aug ‘24 and there had been only 7-10 days before period for vp ended. How about now? Will it be same 5% or increased?
