Yes as far as I know everyone will get default hike after completing 3 years and I got hike letter on Feb 25 and effected in March salary.its completed one year till now..so again expecting the same.. default hike 4 or 5 percentage.. peanuts,😊

I don’t think it will drag down profits . For that they have to pay more to employees. They will increase our basic pay but our CTc would remain. The company contribution to PF will increase because of basic pay hence they will reduce it from some other component. So i don’t see a big impact
