What does south lobby mean???
It's like ..if ur r from north, east ,west side of India and joining /working in south part of CTS office/ projects..and incase u get manager/co-workers from that side also..then they will torture u mentally .I heard from some of our folks who are working there and they got serous throats from managers / co workers .." if u are not doing this that task ,we have ur replacement ready and we don't hesitate to release you, u can pur ur resignation also" ..
A other example u will not be getting proper support, working in good tools or knowledge sharing if u are not from their locality
I didn't feel such kind of thing in 2years with cognizant working from Chennai and 90% employees are from South in my team
Yes and they are biased too. Currently i am working in a project where i automated a process and i pinged my lead that i am logging off early and with some details. He emailed me that this is not an update send me the status in excel and all meanwhile my team mate who is from south did nothing i am giving her each and wvery line of code she just have to run that but not able to
