I heard that TCS is going implement new bench policy like if you are on bench then no salary. Is this correct?

I don't think they will implement this for example let's project itself got ended and team who worked get released to bench so no salary doesn't make sense

It's not a rumor. It's a fact. Already applied in hyderabad rmg is what I heard from one of my colleague. So, they are going to hold the salary untill the person gets a project. What I came to know is, people are there on bench for more than a year, and rejecting any interview calls. Have opened their business and also getting salary from tcs. Hence, this policy changes
