Firing higher salaried and higher levels, hiring at lower salary and lower levels. Makes sense if you look at the scale of the company and revenue saved

People are in Bench because they are not able to find Fitment within 30 days+, they are put on CIP .

If they fail CIP showing they cannot perform task at their skill they will be asked to separate.

New Hiring is Freezed unless it's a skill that is not avb on bench.

So it's both way to ensure optimization
