Trending @HCL; I heard from my manager that the hcl software compensation letter is going to be released in the month of September. Is it true?

I joined HCL in May so when can I expect the variable pay? Will I receive total Vpay in one installment or will there be 2 installment?

You will get variable pay in July 2026.. and vpay is dependent on your rating.. generally vpay vary between 70 to 85%..yes in one installment

They might release letter in December but it will be affected from Jan 2026 only

Maybe it will be in ur case that the letter will be effective from January.. in hcl software all letters will be effective from 1st October which was already communicated last year..

That's manager's way of getting you motivated.
But trust me, it will not be released.

This is an old old pattern adopted by Manager's to give false hope.

September they will say and it goes to October and November followed by December and January and next appraisal will start 😂😂

No . Its not ture. For below E2 band it will be 21 nov 2025 or 21 dec 2025 . E3 band will be 21 Jan 2026

Expect E0-E1 in September, E2 in November, E3 and above in Jan
