I joined TCS with 5 years of experience at 20 LPA in Cyber Security practice. Just to give you an idea that things have changed in the service based companies.
If 7 yrs exp with 10 LPA is underpaid then I think I am also in the same category.

Go and refer what outside companies are providing salary to employees.Even freshers are getting more than this.Very likely Underpaided to u.If u looking for work life balance go for TCS , if looking for better salary , resign TCS today and look for other company.
