I have worked 1yr in Accenture as banking operation and joined another company as accounts payable analyst

Things not worked in the new company and i realised there was no growth opportunities to this role and i planning to switch another company what can i say to the hr for this loyalty questions safely and get the offer letter. Could anyone help me in this situation.

Safest option is to say that they wanted you to force relocate to another city, which you are unable to do due to family constraints. Also say that while you are ok to work temporarily from another city for a few months you are currently not able to do soif the relocation is for more then a year.
