I have two offers. Please suggest which one I should choose:

Paytm – 7 LPA, 5 days work from office
MiraTech – 7 LPA, fully remote, with a 6-month probation period. After probation, the salary increases to 8 LPA.

I am a Java/Backend Developer with 3 years of experience. My last CTC was 5 LPA.

Neither. You should at least ask for 10-12 LPA

I’ve been unemployed since February, and they are all offering a maximum of 40% hike.
