I have two offers. Please suggest which one I should choose:

  1. Paytm – 7 LPA, 5 days work from office
  2. MiraTech – 7 LPA, fully remote, with a 6-month probation period. After probation, the salary increases to 8 LPA.

I am a Java/Backend Developer with 3 years of experience. My last CTC was 5 LPA.

Paytm would help in terms of brand and MiraTech if you want some time to upskill and switch but again sometime you end up working more in remote

But what about CTC and in Paytm 5 days WFO

You have to make a tradeoff somewhere. The name MiraTech itself is not appealing. For inexperienced HR and managers name recall matters a lot

Dude ask for atleast 13-15 , this is peanuts, with 3 yrs this is the least you can get with java
