cap blindly. persistent is tier 2 or tier 3.

Don't join persistent, there are no good projects left, and there is so much micro-management.
Most of the time you will be on a bench tied to some internal project, and if you are not able to get a project you will be asked to resign. Join Capgemini much better then persistent

Never join Persistent, a year back one of my junior joined and they did not give any project and fired here after keeping for 6 months.

Persistent is better in terms of personal growth and decent appraisals. Capgemini is shit
