Wipro offers that much, I am amazed. My First Company, paid me peanuts,was there for 5 years and the last salary drawn was 4.5lpa
Wipro Work Life Balance will be good. Deutsch bank will look good on resume. However, since it's banking domain they might be compliance oriented in all their activities.

What kind of questions did they asked in interview?
The range is very wide you will get to know once you start giving interview some asked more about sql side and optimization some asked DSA and some interviewer just give scenario based and you have to solve it and they don't asked anything else theory related. And some related to management side.
