I have two job offers and need some guidance.
A big fintech company in Glasgow, UK: £55k + 5% variable. They are ready to sponsor visas for me and my partner.
A product-based company in Pune, India: ₹30 LPA base + 10% variable bonus.
If I choose the UK offer, my husband would need to find a new job there. In have 5 yoe.
Looking for advice on which option might be better overall.
You should be earning £110,000/year to maintain the same type of lifestyle that you can with 33LPA in India. Your offer is 50% of whats needed, so think about what you want.
Which company in Pune is paying this much base pay ? Would be helpful if you can mention
How much is that amount considering purchasing power parity? I thought it was at the lower side.
You will actually be taking a much lower offer to move to UK. Is it worth it?
I have not considered taxes yet though.
