I have totally 13.9 years of experience and my grade is C1 with 5.95 LPA. Will I be impacted in TCS layoffs ?
Is 13.9 years of experience in IT? C1 at 13.9 years is not normal. You should be C3A.

Aren't you eligible for promotion to C2 after 4 years and also heard TCS promote you to C2 if you have 6 yrs experience. Also how you have 6 LPA at 14 YOE. I thought TCS used to give min 6 percent hikes 8-9 years back. Even by that you should earn minimum of 7-8 LPA
