Trending @HCL; I have some creative ideas that I think could really benefit our projects, but there's no avenue to share them, and it feels like innovation isn't valued here. Anyone else feel this way? How do you cope or make a change?

Add your ideas in value idea portal get approval from your manager and give the dollar values of the idea then you will get some benefits

Same here bro . I have done multiple pocs on open source tools which can cost down millions in our project but upper management never give approval for same.
