Trending @Accenture; I have resigned. What should I do for my Early Release.

I have pinged the corresponding HR for my project and sent an email to Him and my Case Manager. But there was no response from Case Manager through Email.

She called me once and when I conveyed my intent, she told me to talk to HR.

So I pinged My HR in Teams and HR gave a question as reply “What is the reason for Early Release” and I answered it.

But now he didn’t see my message.

He just kept his status as "Busy" all day.

Should I wait for few days? My People Lead should give approval by 21st (tomorrow), he also asked me to talk to HR.

Early release is dependent on your project and business manager approving it. You will have to talk to them and make your case. HR or the case manager have nothing much to do here. Typically, in such requests, they reach out to them for approval. Please note that early release would still have notice period management meaning if you don’t serve your full notice period it is offset by your leaves or settled during your full and final settlement.

Do you mean my project manager (level 7) or senior Manager? I have asked my People Lead, and he asked my manager (Level 7), she gave him the HR contact, and he conveyed the same to me and told me to talk to HR.

My HR (analyst) is like saying directly that "Early Release not possible for Personal Reasons". My case Manager is level 12 (associate), so not sure if I should ask her and put Hr in CC

Instead of 90, I am asking for 60 days release.
As I am sitting idle all day in my project right now.
