You can demand for same amount or more. But don't withdraw your resignation before you get any mail communication. Mail communication with you final salary with what you demand and salary structure.

Even after mail confirmation from HR, corporate team is not releasing revised letter

You just informed that if I didn't get any letter by my last date then I will prepare for my exit process

Just think why u resigned in first place if its only salary then negotiate. If anyothers even they provide good salary think twice….

Even after the confirmation you have to wait for 3 months post resignation withdrawal to get the updated compensation letter.

Do not even go into that discussion for retention. They will promise and then your revised offer letter will not be released for lame reasons like RTO and poor performance

Bruh. Your manager won’t be getting 69 in their lives. You think they’ll be happy to know you’ve got 69?! Lol! No bruh. Leave TCS. Your career will grow tremendously.

Most probably if they're providing a hike now...then at the time of appraisal they'll not give you a hike....this wt happened...with digital candidates or the employees who have added a master's degree....things will be the same...

Think of all other factors if you're planning to stay back. Else it would be good to leave.
