I have resigned in tcs
I am senior developer in tcs.12 yoe and 11.5 lacs salary.me house wife bhi hu aur mother bhi.mere husbend doesn't earn well to mujhe hi earning par focus karna h.mene kisi dusri company se offer letter leke tcs me resign daal Diya h ye sochkar ki tcs meri salary badha degi.par mujhe esa lag raha h ki tcs mujhe retain nahi karegi.mujhe ab esa lag raha h ki kya me koi galti kar Rahi hu..kyuki dusri company me mujhe bahot jyada Kam karna padega.par fir me ye bhi sochti hu ki mujhe meri earning bhi badhani h...koi mujhe batao me kya karu?
Move out of Tcs.. Its not a gender friendly company anymore and you would have known by now that your salary will increase by 4-5 lacs in atleast 5 years that too if you are above 10-15 lpa and get continuous A bands.. Get out of comfort zone and leave everything on god. Remember we earn to live and not the other way around
A band to me kabhi nahi la sakti ..itna Kam karne k bhi is bar c band Mila h
C band ke baad bhi agar aap yahan stay karne ka soch bhi rahe ho toh hats off to you.. As everyone says get out of comfort zone.. I got 2 c bands in 3 years.. I will leave within next 6 months.. Till that time I will sacrifice my most important thing so that it keeps reminding me to switch.. You already have an offer so go for it.. Woh acha na ho to world is bigger.. Try again somewhere else
Dekho aapko agar life mein earning and growth chahiye toh move out karna hi hoga tcs se. Dusri company mein definitely kaam jada reh sakta hai but growth comes at the cost of comfort. Waise bhi new company mein initial days mein maybe apko struggle karna pad sakta ek bar kaam samajh aa gya toh fir u can again manage your work and life both. Mere hisaab se tcs chodna and new jagah join karna better hoga baki apko aapki condition ka jada pata hoga.

Move out, you wont regret it. It might be challenging for few months but will be worth it. Your yoe and your ctc are not in sync. With more money coming in, you will be motivated to work and manage home as well. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF NOT LEAVING TCS.
Switch karo aur Ghar ke kaam ke lie kisi ko rakh lena. Baaki kid ko thora manage karna hoga aur utna tcs me bhi karna hi parega. And 12 yoe me 11 lakh jaante ho kitna low salary hai itna salary ab 2-3 years walo ko milta hai so switch karo acha package hone pe kisi aur ache company me chale jana.
Did ur manager told.. he will try to retain you or something
Why u have this negative mind set that the other company will overload and it will not be good go with a positive thought even in TCS if u will get tagged with some hectic project it will be hell, accept the new beginning and be happy

If you have good skill set so I can try outside, u can even get 100% hike, as I can see u are under paid . So better to go out ,
Coming to other prospects if you are not into a good skill set or not ready for upskills as per the current market need then u have to stay in tcs only
Now the choice is yours !!
Yes I am having a good skill set and I am ready to learn new technology as well
