I have rejected B band.

I have rejected B band. I have worked really hard, I even got customer appreciation letter, still they didn't consider me. I have rejected B band Still didn't get any call from management. Can someone please explain what to do next.

Simply rejecting will only affect your band further as they can even ask you why they should not decrease your band , they have already listed out your weakness as well so be ready and be prepared for the discussion rounds.
