Trending @Accenture; I have recently resigned but have taken approval for leaves before resigning

My PL is aware of the leaves should I ask him again or just add it in MyTe? It is a long leave of my wedding.

If you have not taken any leave then also its okay, but you have to inform a month prior.

Now you are on notice then ensure to utilise your optional holiday and casual leave at fullest.

No lead or manager can deny your leaves, if they do so ask them to deny over email and raise an HR request immediately.

And you notice period will also not gonna increase, your exit manager can explain you this you can reach out to him

Just check with PL, most probably your np might increase.

My suggestion: anyways you are in np, don't apply leaves, don't work just be online on phone.
