I have recently completed 1yr with TCS, I haven't received any band as I am not eligible. Do you think I'll get hike this year ?

Same here. I joined in March 2024, but I'm getting messages:'you are ineligible for band release for the mentioned FY'. Is it the same for you?

1st year you don't get anything

I got a 4.5 percent hike as an anniversary appraisal last year. Everyone from our batch got the same. I am from the innovator wing.
