I have received offer letter from Deloitte for Senior Consultant (Data Engineer) role. But it's a Contract role for 1 year. Should I accept

Should I accept that offer as in starting it is Contractual role and will convert to Full Time if business wants.

Also can I leave Deloitte before Contractual period?
