I have received a PIP mail today

It's because u got D band ...it's nothing to do with current perf or award that will benefit u in next appraisal cycle....u just need to do some poc or learning as per ask by ur mentor which will assign to u and if they satisfied after 3 months pip will be closed if not satisfied thrown out of tcs

In which month you have received the best performance award. Some times manager or leaders distribute the award to boost team members morale or confidence as well. Performance is top priority. If you are moved to PIP for Technical skill set issues, it is warning sign for your career. For Technical guys recieving concern over Technical skill set is dangerous for their career growth within TCS or outside TCS.

PIP is auto initiated for D band. Since your Manager awarded you best performance, you will clear PIP easily.

I think u can go to higher management with your award which u have received recently for best performance. And in your defence u can say that manager initiated this pip due to personal or partiality reasons.

In the first place you should not have gotten d band if you have worked fully on project tasks. Either way, work hard , prove inside tcs or get better offer outside.

At this point , just try outside

Harassment at peak😂😅.. Now you should perform task of entire team.. Best performance in the team does not matter anymore..😂😅.. TCS stupidity and evilness increasing day by day..
