What is the technology you work on?

Bro, your salary is waaaay less for your YOE. Giving 70% hike should not be a big beal for them..but they will try their best to give you max 30-40%.
I am still curious what is your technology

It's very less .. apologies for my assumption. But I assume you have been in your comfort zone for quite a long time. TCS will not give you what you are getting from a different company. If your other company is good with a promising future I think you should step out of TCS. TCS will not give you 70% hike unless you are their star resource.

Please don't believe once you revert the paper you need to go behind them .at most they will give you 30 % and most of the components in variable and retention bonus..if you have good offer and Good company don't consider staying back.

U will have 3 months notice period, even on the last week u can take it back if u want. Until then think and only take them back once u have a revised compensation from HR. Don't believe on words, have it in document n then check if they're fine for u
