I have offers from Capgemini, infosys and hexaware having 6 years of experience . Which one is better to join?

Capgemini - C1(16 LPA) Infosys - senior associate consultant (15.83 LPA) Hexaware - system analyst (17.70 LPA)

I tried to negotiate with Capgemini with the highest offer but they are denying.
