I am currently working as a network security analyst having salary 3.65 lpa...with 2 years of experience...am I underpaid...I want to switch my company but I have zero idea how to switch because of notice period and also don't know how to search for jobs or get reference
My family is totally dependent on me
Please help anyone and guide me

Network Security Analyst role is a high demand field. With 2 years of experience you can say that you are underpaid but if this is your first job then it is absolutely fine. I think moving from here should land you approx 6-8LPA easily. You can hope for more though.
Resign and serve notice and while you serve start the search. 90 days is more than enough to get you the job you are looking for.
