Trending @Infosys; I have my valid h1b visa which is just lying without being used. Wheather Infosys is really worried about Travel ready candidates?

10 year back they would be running behind you to go on-site if you have H1b. Literally being forced , even though you didn’t want to go due to some commitments. Last 5 years it has reversed. I know Jl6 employees with H1b who are unable to go on-site. Basically unless in your current project there is a requirement and client wants you in US or you have a skill set which is in high demand in Us, you will stay here. H1b has become a retention carrot.

Definitely its not!! US already have 100+ resources on bench. Your skillset shouldnt be the one which already available in US, then only they will be worried
