Dear @Kidader ,

Ah, classic case of "Success-Induced Anxiety Syndrome" (SIAS)—a condition where the more you achieve, the more your brain whispers, “What if I lose it all and have to start a chai stall?”

Possible Causes:

Corporate PTSD: Too many org changes, layoffs, and sudden “restructuring” emails.

Comparison Disorder: LinkedIn overdose leading to symptoms like “Why is this 25-year-old a VP already?”

Money Mirage: The more you earn, the more you realize it’s still not enough for that Bangalore villa.

Brain Overload: 18 years of solving problems has convinced your mind that something must be wrong—even when things are fine.

Prescription:

2 doses of “I deserve this” affirmations every morning.

1 strict “No LinkedIn scrolling before bed” rule.

Daily meditation (or at least 10 minutes of pretending to meditate).

And if symptoms persist, increase salary by 50%—purely for mental health reasons.

Final Advice: Remember, even Mukesh Ambani probably wonders, "What if Jio stops working tomorrow?" So chill, enjoy your success, and worst case—just open that chai stall with premium subscription plans

Ig you're still putting your career as the top priority in your life. Maybe shift your hobbies/family to the top priority. As long as you're sailing smooth financially

I am not, the reason of putting this question is am worried about family, I feel am too dependent on my current job.

Your priorities should be your family not the job. Job is rubber balls and family is glass balls. You are doing well in your career. Just invest your money in renting the property, autos and lands. You will get good monthly rent from this. Then no need to worried about your jobs. 😇
