I have just resigned in TCS, will I get retained by giving minimum hike?

Recently i have put papers and my manager has initiated separation mail immediately Will they try to retain me? they were already giving me 2 months onsite to neitherland for which i had already initiated visa process Will they try to retain me? Do they cancel my visa?

I have seen guys move abroad using TCS etc , then switch to abroad based companies ,why did you put paper ?

oh ok, for me i would go to the netherlands and try to switch there instead of joining accenture here.
