I have joined TCS as lateral in first year i didn't receive any hike,will I get any hike in the second appraisal,if s percentage for bands

you will get an increment lf 3 to 5 based on your grades

You will not get a hike in the second appraisal either. tcs is known for low hikes, and it's unlikely to change. better start looking for other opportunities.
