I have joined TCS as an experienced at C1 grade. I have completed 1 year, 8 months in TCS and have Total 4.5 years of experience.

When will I expect the promotion to C2 grade. Already completed 1 year 8 months in TCS. I have. Total of 4.5 years of experience. In March, this will be my first appraisal in TCS. I have a 4.0 & 4.15 IPF rating in my appraisal completed.
