I have joined tcs and placed into indian project wherein client manager is mentally sick and he is torturing me like anything and he is not accepting me. I am getting all pressure and asked for project release from my side as well. Will get project?. If i get project release will it impact before completing 3 months?.

May be you need to change the company to tcs then it will be more accessible to tcs people rather than accenture employees
