I have joined Mindtree yesterday only and onboarding already started now I got one more offer if I resigned now will they release early?
Or if asked to match offer, will they matched now?
Why will they match after you signed up and joined them? Do you have some specific ultra niche skills to make them increase pay?
Generally, Pf account will be created on the first day itself ? Or companies used to take few days to create ?
The only potential issue could be the PF account. If they've not yet created that (confirm from HR or login to your PF account) then you can just abscond.
Make sure next company doesn't change their mind, then Mindtree will also not retain you
In probation you can usually leave immediately/next Friday. You gotta explain the situation to your manager and hope that they are able to understand..
You'll probably get blacklisted from the firm.
