First prove ur self and then dream of promotion, JL6 is a managerial/architect position it’s not so easy and at least 9 to 10 years of experience is needed to go to JL6 along with consistent good performances, at least 2 years in the current role is needed and depending on ur unit, there are certain slots available every quarter and JL6 slots are usually very less so all the best !!!
