Trending @Infosys; I have joined Infosys 6 month back and due to over work load should I switch the company if someone is offering better?

Option A: Less Salary and More workload.
Option B: More Salary and Less Workload Option C: More Salary and Same Workload.
Option D: More Salary and More Workload.

What would you choose?!

If you’re concerned about switching within 6 months, then just have a reason for it & maybe don’t let it become a pattern in the future. Other than that don’t see any reason for the question if you’re getting better offer.

I'd switch even in a month if I'm getting a good offer. More work less pay or More work more pay? Which sounds better 🤷‍♂️

Infosys always pays low but gives more work load , don't worry work 6 more months and switch cause they will not gonna give hike I am sure

If your getting offer then switch. But after that stay there for some years and learn. Don't switch frequently.
