Trending @Accenture; I have joined Accenture recently and I have got another offer with 40% more than Accenture, can I ask for salary increment in Accenture.

Join the other org as you will have money even if you have workload

Don't think you will get any. Just drop off and you will have 1 month np and go to other org.

You will get nOthing in Accenture, go and resign waste of staying at Accenture

Even if Accenture agree for salary increases you will not have any increment for next 4 years. Decide for yourself

ask for increment. loyalty matters less these days.
