Trending @Accenture; I have joined Accenture in oct last year as first VP they said it's default for everyone is it true I got only 5.5percent

I joined in sept last year, I got 10.5%
But anyone knows 10.5% of what?? I don't think it's from base pay

I joined on April 24 and got 5.25% VP

8.5 is default.

Not sure if it's default. But yeah even I got the same percentage. I have joined on Jan this year
