I have joined Accenture in May 2023 and working in AI/ML field and now in discussion with Capgemini they are offering 15% increment on CTC.

Capgemini agrees on 90 days NP shld join
Stay in Accenture no hope of increment

If you really want to leave, due to some reason. You can accept the offer but don't get comfortable, try to get a better opportunity at the end of your notice period for at least 30-40% hike. But yeah 3 months np is something most companies are not comfortable with. If you can wait I would suggest you to keep applying and grab a better opportunity with 50%+ if the current CTC is too low you can get an even better offer after your first offer. And tell recruiters to offer you based on your skills not based on your previous CTC if you have a strong footing in tech. Also a lot of tech companies are shifting their operations in india and are offering good hikes so you can apply in those as well, they also give very good hike in initial years to retain talent.

Mine CTC is 10.4lkh fixed 210000 variable

Yes but whenever I am giving interview and clearing rounds they are not ready for 90 days some recruiter in starting deny dur to 90 days np
