I have joined a MNC on this monday. And now I got another and they are paying me more than 50% of my current CTC. So is there any problem if

I resign from my current org. or will they match my offer?

You can resign and join the other company, TCS doesn't give a damn about matching.

Bhai shayad is chaman ne TCS se resign karke koi MMC join kari hai now he is trying to switch again with 50% hike on his new CTC. Atleast thats what his post says!

They wont match it.. Decide what you want to do and stick by it. Both decisions are correct but don’t try to navigate 2 boats. If you are in early stages then you can resign and serve notice period. I guess it would be 1 month only. So if your other company is ready to wait for 1 month then its fine go ahead. This is the best aproach if you want to switch otherwise I have seen people abscond on their 2nd day as well. Its just that make sure your PF ACCOUNT is not created. Otherwise it would create problem later on
